Find below the most important conclusions of the meeting:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The methodological guide will provide training for mentors and mentees that will improve their confidence and self-development.<\/li>\n\n<li>The mentoring process will allow the participants to identify future professional development opportunities and to learn techniques to overcome daily challenges.<\/li>\n\n<li>More than 60 young patients affected by RD will benefit directly from the initiative.
